The Christian County Highway Department will be accepting applications for a Truck Driver/Operator for Common II Road District. This position’s duties include but are not limited to; driving truck equipped with dump body to transport and dump loose materials such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, coal or bituminous paving materials.
Education / Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years prior work experience preferred.
License or Certificate:
- Possession of a CDL, or ability to acquire within 90 days is required.
This position spends the majority of the day standing or walking. Occasionally lifts and/or moves objects weighing up to 100lbs such as tools, equipment, supplies, etc. This full-time position works Monday-Thursday from 6:00am-4:30pm.
